About

I am Tendai (Shona name meaning grateful), I am Zimbabwean born and bred in Harare. Like my name I am also grateful about so many things in my life, having waited nine years to hold my first-born son indeed I am beyond grateful. I am a firm believer who believes that in “HIS own time HE makes all things beautiful”.

My parenting journey has come with its own challenges which I will share in some of my posts, however nothing beats the joy, the thrill, the excitement of waking up every day knowing God chose me to be the custodian of these precious jewels who look up to me, love me unconditionally! Mummy is perfect in their little eyes and each and every day they motivate me to strive be a better mother to them than I was yesterday.

My Passion

I am passionate about figures, by age 16 I knew I wanted a career path in Finance. I am a consultant offering accounting, payroll and tax consultancy services to clients in Zimbabwe and Botswana.

I also like exploring and venturing into other businesses. I helped my mum start her Megs honey business. I co-founded (with my husband Caston) Mobility and Accessibility Care a company offering accessibility in the built environment consultancy services and also selling mobility aids. We have also just ventured into organic pineapple farming, really excited about this one as I am looking forward to spending more time in the fields with my children, admiring nature. A breath of fresh air away from the polluted city air.

My Goals

  • To raise my children to be confident in pursuing their passions, give back to the community, and be great leaders that will leave their mark in this world.
  • Building lasting relationships, spend as much time as possible with friends and family
  • Touch and transform as many lives as I possibly can
